Head first

A gannet diving, seen on our walk today from Yellow Craig to North Berwick. There was a powerful, chilly wind which was behind us - we had chosen the direction of the walk based on which way the wind was blowing, so it wasn't pure chance.

I went back to Aberlady Bay to watch the geese coming in closer to than yesterday. Not as many this evening, but still an impressive sight. I've included a blurry extra photo of the geese flying about the bay at low level.
