Monu-mental

Cadged a lift into The City to return clothing I thought would fit but there must have been a lot of wishful thinking going on in my mind at the time. This was to a trendy and very cheap shop. I'm loving the Fairisle type wooly fashion around just now.
Stood under the Scott Monument feeling exceedingly small and snapped a picture of this wonderfully ornate sculpture as it loomed over me.
