Half Moon

Today is the day I like about autumn. No matter what weather is like (it is rainy and windy today) I enjoy making sourdough at home. I brought 5 kg of shredded cabbage home, added caraway, onion and salt and started filling our two crocks.
They are full now, sitting on the Kin chin floor, bubbling happily.
