A bench to encourage good posture?

A long day driving to Nottingham for a funeral tomorrow (Friday). We stopped at the house in Liss on the way, then in Northamptonshire to visit Steve (Mum's partner) for a cup of tea and chat before the final leg of our journey. Traffic delayed us for an hour so we didn't get to Nottingham until 8pm so we went straight to Andy's uncle who we had agreed to meet up with for a drink. We finally got to our hotel at 11pm.
