Well I'll Be!

Got to love the way the bees photobomb a flower photo! The dahlia's in my garden have just got into swing and flowers are bursting out all over the place! Such bursts of  riotous colour! It reminds me of one of my favourite ads that I always used whenever we did colour as a theme in class - and this one too which also has the most beautiful song by Jose Gonzales! 
I had a mental To Do list today - I mean not a written one! I decided lists just make one feel stressed, they tend to be about things we have to do rather than things we want to do! Since none of the things on my list needed doing asap I decided I would do them as and when I felt like it in a spontaneous way! So a few things done that would have been on my list and a few that would not have made the list! I finally found a sketch pad that I could do the lists that I wanted to do from my positive lists for my September arty crafty thing I found online! The book I had started to do them in stressed me! Too big, too beautiful, I was afraid of doing crappy art and crafting in it! Hey I'm getting good at this reduce stress approach!
