Down the river

Some lucky soul strode over to this boat just after this and headed off down the river. More fun in the bright sun than my second day back at work.

Tonight this was on TV: Sing! on Sky. Yes, cut down to 65 minutes including ads. Can't say I was overwhelmed by, well, any of it. I am now free to announce that the group my son was in came second in their heat of five contenders. One reviewer described them as producing 'a sound so excruciating that dogs howl several postcodes away'. That's a little harsh but I'm not sorry that there's no maternal obligation to watch the next few weeks of the show.
