No longer. Mrs. K's method ensures the apples are in perfect condition.

But it does take time. There are hundreds of apples on this large Bramley tree. Neighbours and friends all get a share.
But large numbers are cooked and go in the freezer for months of crumble, pork chops and breakfast cereal enhancement. Yum yum.
