Art Nouveau Reflected

The best side of rainy Riga in Latvia!  A building on Albert Street reflected in a puddle.  The extra shows it clearly :)   Symposium meetings occupied pretty much all day.  The former president of Latvia, Vaira Vike-Freiberga (1999-2007) led off with an introduction to Latvia's communist past and democratic development since; she spoke in fluent English for 30 minutes without notes. That level was maintained--a very informative day. A gala dinner followed.
