Park hopping

We started out in EPCOT today changing our initial plans because we got up too late and it was supposed to have a 70% and more chance of thunderstorms after 2PM. We figured it was not a smart move to go to a water park in a thunderstorm so we decided to go to EPCOT and keep up our streak of getting rained on while there. We COULD have done the water park because it never rained till 6PM , and it was sunny , 90degrees and 90% humidity while in EPCOT. We both tried to melt. However it was FOOD and WINE festival time so we snacked our way across the park. My only regret was missing cannoli in Italy , but we had nitrogen frozen chocolate mousse truffle with caramel whiskey sauce instead. That was definitely OK.
By late afternoon we headed to MGM to catch the Rock and Rollin Coaster - really my favorite roller coaster ever, the Tower of Terror and a few other rides. It has been crowded  in every park , but that is to be expected for a holiday weekend. The other neat thing we did was take the back scenes tour of the greenhouses in The Land in EPCOT. The extras are the MICKEY shaped pepper tree and us, and the 9 pound lemons on their tree. No, really , they are 9 ponds or more ( one weighs 12). Great tour !
