Home time

Today Beate's visit came to an end, but I wanted to give her one last blast of English countryside, so we drove to Manchester Airport via Derbyshire's Peak District, stopping off at Tissington for, yes, you've guessed, cake and coffee!

The views on the way were beautiful and I managed to follow the directions on my phone pretty well, until we got to the airport. Then I got confused and we ended up in the wrong car park. Finally found the right directions and got parked up!

Sad to see Beate go, especially as I'm not sure when I'll see her again, but had a great time showing her around.
