Whiskey Sour

The only photo I took today was of my 'starter' at lunchtime!

Beate wanted to do some shopping so I took her to Nottingham. She found all she wanted and more, buying dresses in two of my favourite shops, whilst I held back ... painful though that was!

Lunch was at Bill's, which although it's a chain restaurant, it's reliably good.

Back home, we watched continuous episodes of The Gilmour Girls on Netflix, just like old times ... except then it was weekly on regular tv, reluctant to retire to our beds as it was our last evening together.
