labyrinth

After a morning spent reading and knitting (me) and yoga (D and S), we headed out for a favourite South Uist destination - Orosay. This is a small tidal island near Boisdale. The tide was out so we were able to walk across and up to the top of the grassy hill (30m) with a view for miles around, mostly sea :-).

On the beach below, Sarah drew a labyrinth in the sand with a kelp stalk and we walked it, listening to the sound of the sea and the birds and very little else.
