coll pottery

When we last visited in April, I was disappointed to find the museum at Kildonan closed for renovation. I'd been looking forward to seeing the exhibit on Angus, Weaver of Grass, having recently read a book about him (Silent Weaver).

Today it was open and we spent a happy hour and a half in there. I was most taken with the Coll Pottery figures like the one above (see extra for more info).

After the museum, we went for a walk along the beach and home for tea (D's turn to cook).
