Tilbury and away

The London Cruise Terminal is anything but glamorous but I’m looking forward to sailing out to sea from Tilbury.

Magellan is a larger ship than I’ve been used to. The crew are friendly and other passengers are great but it may take some getting used to. My plans to escape an unfortunate anniversary have been thwarted and I’m not sure bursting into tears over your cabin steward was the best start ! (If you’ve worked out what this means, please don’t let on!)

However, it’s a lovely itineraryand I have every intention of making the most of it.

I’ve signed up for their outrageous WiFi package and bought the drinks offer. Cheers !
