Still Waters...

This morning Maisie and I walked along the bottom of the Taylor Dam structure then up and along the length of the top. The day was cloudy but the lake still looked lovely surrounded with the fresh greens of spring.
Early this afternoon Wendy, the town’s most popular and busiest dog groomer phoned with a cancellation. Yay! Maisie was long overdue for a beauty treatment so I rushed her in to Wendy. She now looks very trim with her long curly coat gone and she has the longest eyelashes I have ever seen.... on a dog.... not Wendy.
