Now where have I seen this guy before?

Whole day, well 4 hours, at Embra zoo.  Seemed like the whole day as we took No.1 & No.3 grand daughters..   Now I understand the expression "like herding cats".
Main attraction is the giant pandas but unfortunately they had decided to remain indoors, out of sight of visitors.
Extras = Sleeping tiger, hiding child.
