WOW

Not sure what to blip today....our lovely apartment, the grounds of the most stunning hotel ( Les Sources de Caudaile) or the views across the vineyard. But we are for the food because of O winning the Stagiaire competition.....so this a selection of the amazingly beautiful food we had this evening.
#angry egg in spinach and chicken broth
#baby leek tart.
#red mullet and ratatouille tart
#lemon mousse in pulled sugar mould.

We had a good flight, picked up the hire car and drove 30 mins to hotel. Then went to find a cafe for breakfast.....nearly impossible in this area!!
After checking into our lovely suite (got a good deal as there was a confusion with our original booking) then down to outdoor pool and jacuzzi in glorious sunshine. We waited until O had finished a shift in the kitchen and had lunch on our balcony. ......then a snooze and chill and getting ready for our fab evening meal.
