Opening Day

A dull, overcast day.

My wife volunteers at a charity called STAR which stands for Siblings Together And Reunited. It is based across the river Tay in North Fife and as the name suggests, they work with Social Work Departments to provide a place for children in care to meet their siblings who are placed with different Foster Carers.

It is very much a fun, open air location with lots of small and larger animals and play equipment. After winning some funding, a building was built to house the small animals and was formally opened today. My granddaughter and my wife are at the left side of the photo.
