fruitcake

we were up at 5.30 this morning to catch the ferry to Mallaig and then the long drive home. It actually used to take less time to get to Ethiopia than it does to get to the Outer Hebrides! 

We were back in the house at 4.30 and Sarah was straight out again to meet her friend Maddy from the station. Maddy is staying with us for a few days and her sister is coming tomorrow as well. So nice to have lovely guests, especially talented bakers like Maddy :-)
