Baby you can drive my car.

Finding ourselves with a free day as LooseCanon was not needed today on bathroom refurbishment duty for one of our sons, we went to Batsford Arboretum, on a bit of whim.
The colours were lovely although I think Westonbirt arboretum will always have the edge for me, with more of the stunning acers which are so special at this time of year. 
On the way back I had ' a go ' in LooseCanon's new car. Scary. And being electric, very quiet and seemingly unresponsive due to lack of engine noise. Think I  can get used to it though.
Had a conversation with our neighbour when we got home re electric lorries/trucks, as he works for a big motor company . Sounds as though they are a bit of a long way off.
