Mandir Hindu Temple

A day late in posting but yesterday friends and I visited the new Hindu temple complex in Robbinsville NJ (consecrated August 2014). It's an amazing structure, the Mandir (the temple) is actually constructed inside the walls of an outer structure. This is done in order for the extremely delicate hand-carved ivory to be protected from the elements and survive as a place of worship for 1000 years.
We attended a short beautiful service, and snacked on special sweets in their cafe.
