Ophelia

Ophelia was clearly unkind to many living in the Republic of Ireland.

Here on Morecambe Bay she was a relatively benign storm. Over 24 hours the village weather station recorded the highest wind gusts at about 56 mph. And no rain.

Inspected the villages woodland walks this morning and found no significant signs of damage. Back long the unsheltered shore path there was just this single tree blown over.
