Twactor
There is no doubt about the first word for the youngest... Twactor... it gets said a lot. The husband was at a machinery sale today, a local farmer is selling up, the auction is tomorrow, it was the viewing today. The husband is going to be the clerk for the sale, there's no doubt that life is far more interesting these days than when he was at the bank! The deal today was that he had to get a picture for photo of the day, as he too the camera.
Today for me was somewhat blighted by last night. We had plans to go to Melton Market with my friend from the village, we stayed away though. I thought I was in for an early night last night, looking forward to a new book and made a hot chocolate. Went in to check the boys and say good night to my sleeping boys, for the eldest to wake up, look at me and be sick. I got him out of bed for a cuddle, and he was sick down my back and onto the floor. No early night happening, instead, I was picking up pieces of fish finger (and I don't eat fish) from the floor, helping a boy be sick, changing sheets - and all that's needed when a boy is sick. The youngest woke up and decreed he was not going back to sleep, thank you very much (it did mean I got to cuddle him to sleep in bed, which worked a treat and I'll trade that any day over hot chocolate and a book).
So today was a slow day, but we did end up having lunch with my friend in the village, which was very nice and brightened our day. Both the boys have been off their food a little - strangely they managed a chocolate croissant mid-morning after refusing toast for breakfast. I'm pretty sure they'll be quite fine by the morning and have just had an off day.
