Peach jam

Just for the record - we turned all those luscious peaches into the most delicious jam. Once they'd been peeled and chopped, they sat in the jelly pan for a while steeping with the lemon juice and rind which I'd added. This improved the flavour, making it just the right balance of tart and sweet (in my humble opinion).

Dear husband said that it's too runny. So I shall keep it all to myself, humph!
