Braidwood Gate, Holyrood Park

I went to a lecture this lunchtime about the development of the Edinburgh Outdoors app, which provides information about the green spaces around Edinburgh. An interesting collaborative project which took data from different places and put it into an app which you can carry in your pocket (on your smartphone).

Interestingly, (for us photographers), you can submit photographs you've taken in the park to add to the data which is already available. More links and information from here.
