Tag Sale Poppy

Phew!  What a long day!  We had the Tag Sale at the Guest House discussed in yesterday's blip today, and it was quite successful!  Lots of people showed up, and almost everything was snapped up, so a great result by the end of the day!

I cannot take credit for today's photo -- it was snapped by daughter-in-law Kristin, wielding her iPhone, because stupid me forgot to bring a camera to the event!  Here is Mr. W, (a.k.a. "Poppy") with a lapful of giggling grandsons!  Elliott (laughing out loud on the left,) and young Henry (looking somewhat more restrained on the right!)

The house is pretty much empty now -- it certainly echoes when you walk in to it and speak! -- just some books and a few little items to pack up and take to the charity shop, so a good result!  We're exhausted, and looking forward to an early supper and early bed!
