Fixed

The top image above was taken with my favorite lens (my 70-200 L series) before its trip to the Canon service center in California. The bottom photo is the same subject after $350 usd worth of repairs were completed while we were in the United States. Originally I was quoted more than $650 to fix the result of it falling in my back pack from the counter in our kitchen, so I considered the final price a bit of a bargain especially considering the cost to replace with a new version would have been close to $1,200. All in all I am happy to have my goto lens for South of the Border Volleyball Vacations in top working order as I get ready for my time on the beach next month.
