Mother and baby

I have at least 5 different types of mushroom growing in my lawn. I never know whether this is a good thing or a bad thing. My friends garden has been decimated by Honey Fungus so every time I see a mushroom I think 'Oh God, don't let it be that!'
I also wonder about worm casts. I have a lot but my neighbour (who must have similar conditions) never gets them. Are they a sign of a healthy or unhealthy lawn?
