Mind Your Head!

One would need to be very tall to come into contact with this steel beam which supports a walkway bridge in Jephson Gardens.  

Gill had a hair appointment this afternoon and needed to get her new specs adjusted so she suggested I had a walk around Jephson Gardens (Leamington Spa) in search of a blip.  The weather was getting dismal - just grey and a little drizzly, just enough for me to deploy the plastic bag* over the camera.  As usual this stopped the drizzle almost immediately!

The light didn't improve so I decided to try the nifty fifty plastic f1.8 50mm lens and have a look around the glass house - one of the bird of paradise plants in the extras and another of one of the Jephson Memorial.  The memorial was used on the cover of OCS's album Moseley Shoals, although they were from Moseley in Birmingham ... not the one in Alabama.

* my most cost effective photography accessory and noted for it's presence on blip meets :-)

Thanks for the views, comments etc on yesterday's Gloria musical blip, apologies to anyone who still has Van Morrison in their head, at least there are far worse earworms :-)
