It's a gas

At lunchtime I wandered to the building site area near King's Cross. Sleeping here are the legs of a Victoria gas storage structure. They lie beside one that hasn't been dismantled. Apparently the legs are going to be resurrected into their former structure and flats built inside the frame they create.

I really enjoyed my day at work today. I pretended that I was freelance and got stuck into my work, deftly avoiding the in-house politics. I got a lot done and felt great about my work. I also chatted to a few more people, still gathering advice and making contacts.

I had a lovely meal out with Fi. Lots of chat, fine food and a few glasses of wine.
