Autumn Veg

I love it when autumn veg arrives in the organic box with its beautiful seasonal shades of orange, pink and red.  Yesterdays delivery has led to a flurry of cooking this morning mainly using recipes from the Saturday Guardian 'Cook' section which is so good.
