The Royal Mile is a fascinating place with its numerous 'closes' coming off the central spine of the main route-if you look at it on a map it looks very like the back bone of a fish.
This photo is taken looking through Cloisters Close to The Scot Monument.  My extras are of the Castle, and of performing dogs outside St Giles Cathedral-they were very talented.
I have had a good day with lunch out with friends and I am off to Bohemian Rhapsody tonight.
