Udders' field

Looking over a gate we saw this black cow with a calf on either side (could they both be hers? Surely not.)

The calves' tails were swishing backwards and forwards like metronomes while she remained motionless in the middle.

Since it's National Poetry Day, and we now have a poetry group on blip, it's only right to include some verse.

T'other day,
In 'uddersfield *
There was a cow
What wouldn't yield.

She wouldn't yield
In 'uddersfield
'cos she didn't like
'er udders feeled!

*Huddersfield is a town in the north of England.

I still haven't caught up with responding to all the comments from my 2-year blip anniversary, let alone more yesterday. I'm hoping to get round to everyone eventually.
