Madrid Day 2 - Mahou

Not a great sleep. Up early and down to local cafe for desayuno. Metro out to the Feria, near the airport: a conference centre, and out to the ESRI Spanish conference to present the GI Learner project which we had been working on for a few years. Then Metro and walk to the venue for our meeting: a very interesting school in the Salamanca district. Meeting for next 6 hours, interrupted by tour and lunch. Out on Metro to the hostel where we will be staying with over 100 students next year, and continued our meeting until 7 o' clock, then back into town, and wandered to our restaurant for the evening - Andalucian cuisine speciality. Had lovely grilled sea bass, and cold Mahou, followed by some sort of green spirit which I had quite a lot of 'to help me sleep'... A productive day.
