Spotted this hand written notice alongside the house names at the slate workshop. Wish I could have a day off. 

I spent some time in the morning cutting back shrubbery that was obstructing a nearby footpath and later took it to the recycling centre. Then I parked in the village to buy sweet potatoes. I was surprised at how busy it still is ......... lots of families around so it must be half term for many.
