Stones

While Susan took her mum to the doctors for another appointment I was able to nip off for a swim. A good session where I managed to keep up with a one legged man who usually is much quicker than me!

We took off for Dobbie’s in Ashford for lunch with Doreen and a mooch around the garden Centre which is where I spotted this collection of stones. Being a Monday I was looking for something in mono this shot stole the day.

It was a successful visit in one major respect in that Doreen bought Christmas presents for all the people she needs to post to. A challenging task but one now ticked off. It wasn’t too successful for us as we ended up getting nothing on our list (except for broadbean seeds and a packet of sour dough bread mix)

Doreen stayed for dinner which was roasted sweet potato and cauliflower with and almond butter, lemon juice and soy sauce poured over the roast veg and stir fried kale and topped with Gorgonzola and cashews.
