Some things don’t change.

Today as I passed the village antique shop I saw a rocking horse in the window. A rather splendid object which you can see as an extra.

It triggered a memory. When I got home I asked mrs. K. to search in the computer memory and I was impressed that she was able to come up with this in just a few minutes.

I guess it was taken about 1939 when I was 4. It would be done using a Kodak Brownie.

Can’t say I look very happy but I expect I was.
