Finally, I have a week off to relax, my first full week’s holiday since the end of January and I am looking forward to it. So, what do you think I do on the first day of my holiday?

Go for a bike ride!

Nothing like a bus man’s holiday for me... This is much better than riding round the West Midlands though, in the six miles from Seahouses back to our holiday cottage I saw one car!
