Swim drop off with the middle boy.
Songs in my head as I went for a wee run.
Meeting Snuz for morning prayer.
Meeting Shelly for a walk round the estate.
Meeting Sal for a far too quick coffee.
Spending way too much money paying for our car to be fixed.
Having a mid afternoon cup of tea and natter with Sonic.
Eating soup(s) with the Americans for tea.
Sticking numbers on the front of teeshirts for the kids Race For Life event tomorrow and totting up sponsorship money.
And finally, a soak in the bath to close the day.
