Bright Lights, Big City

Well with less than 200'000 residents in the city and less than 500'000 in the canton, maybe not that big.
7am shot looking back across the bridge.
Quite a hard run with the guys, easy start and then 10 mins at semi pace and  2 mins pause and then another 20 fast, most of which was up hill. 19k in total, felt rather tired in office this afternoon.
