Sad-Eyed Lady of The Lowlands

Up early to take Léo for a walk and then yoga where the key posture was the Cow Face pose; supposedly  the legs looks like the lips and the elbows like the ears of the cow. I can't quiet see it.

Back for some porridge and shopping and déchetterie and pic of cow on way home. 
And some work in garden and another walk and the day has gone
