Fight Gone Bad
Today was one of my favourite Crossfit workouts: Fight Gone Bad. The story is that workout was created by someone who wanted to replicate the physical experience of being in a 3 round mixed martial arts fight (thus, fight gone bad...). It is 3, 5 minute rounds of 5 different exercises (a minute for each), with 1 minute break between each round.
Today's picture has all the different bits of equipment set up and ready for the workout: a ball to throw at a target high up on the wall (wall balls), a bar for the sumo deadlift highpulls and push presses, a box to jump on and a rower to row on. I was a ball of sweat afterwards, but it was a great way to start the day.
