The New Stand

After Cabinet this morning I went to Tynecastle Stadium to celebrate Living Wage Week with Hearts, the only football club in Scotland which is a living wage employer .

I am one myself as an MSP but in addition all Ministers have been involved this week in promoting the advantages of paying the living wage.

I was very impressed by the club, by its owner, Ann Budge and by the new Main Stand which is close to completion.

Very close in fact as Tynecastle re-opens for football in 12 days time.
