Goodness! I love Autumn.

I have spent the day just pootling around, drifting from one distraction to another.

Living...being...drinking coffee and just breathing in and out. Looking around the market and picking up little presents for my lovely wife.

Friends are coming over for food later and I think I shall have a beer or two!
