Fly me to the moon

Facing a long day in front of the computer screen, reading and drafting papers, I was prepared to stuggle to get a blip, if need be drawing on my small emergency stock.

As I walked down the path to the car I heard the honking of geese above. We’ve seen a few skeins over the past week or so. Looked up, grabbed the camera out of my pocket, and got one or two shots. I like this one with the birds grouped around the moon itself.
