Camouflaged Fisherman

Looking for a blip by the sea on the ways to S's house this evening.

This bloke was fishing on the rocks quite a way from the path etc and could hardly be seen from the path and car park. The waves were splashing up round his feet all the time but he kept at it

Guess is is his version of a shed at the bottom of the garden
