Puzzle

IT wasn't until I downloaded this photo that I could read what it said. It just intrigued me as it was parked outside the pet shop where I went to buy supplies for Coco.
I played Mah-Jong today. The tiles didn't come my way so I didn't do very well, but it was fun and I enjoyed the company. It made up for yesterday's event which didn't go well.
