Team building

3 - 4 times a year we close the practice for a couple of hours for practice based learning. It’s always a good opportunity to iron out communication issues, do some audit and significant event work and work on developing the team. I’ve been attending these events for years but this is the first time spaghetti and marshmallows have been involved.
