Card sharks.....

A dry but chilly day. Spent most of it power harrowing the humps left in the grass field that was recently drained to try and fill in the gaps so we can graze it with sheep soon.
Arthur from Hamilton Tractors out fitting a new starter to the McCormick 130. It has been on the way out for weeks and finally gave up the ghost in the middle of the yard today. With modern tractors you can't just tow them to start as the gearboxes are all oil pressure plates and need the engine running to work , so catch 22 situation.
A trip to the village hall tonight for a pub and games night. Spotted this pair on a window ledge. No idea why they are there- presume they are from the nursery which uses the hall all week.
