Reflections

My sister has been in my thoughts today. She was my elder sister by fifteen years. There are of course many memories. It’s still hard to take in.

But life goes on.

Murphy and I have been to agility. It was very muddy under foot so one had to be careful to not fall.

I’ve been to a pairs yoga session with HtP. Each pose is done with two, with frequently the other person intensifying the pose for the other. There was a lot of laughter but I have done a headstand today and I’ve never done one of those before.

The Christmas market will open soon. The wooden huts are all in place.
